Registration Deadline Extended
The registration deadline for the MSA Buenos Aires Conference has been extended to April 12.
Please note that conference registration and MSA membership are separate. All participants must register individually. Participants based in Argentina who pay the conference fee are eligible for complimentary MSA membership; instructions for claiming it will be sent after the registration period ends.
We encourage all participants to complete their registration by the new deadline.

Conference Grant Funding Update
All conference grant funds for MSA Buenos Aires 2026 have now been fully distributed. With over 300 applications and limited funding available, the selection process was highly competitive, and our committee faced very difficult decisions. Grants were awarded to those applicants assessed as having the greatest financial need.

We are thrilled and deeply grateful for the overwhelming response to the MSA Buenos Aires Call for Papers. In the final hours before the deadline, we received hundreds of submissions within just a few hours - far beyond expectations! This sudden surge temporarily overloaded the servers and caused submission issues for some participants.
Everyone who contacted us and created a profile before 1 November will have the opportunity to add their proposal manually. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience, enthusiasm, and incredible interest in joining the conference.
14.10.2025 - Deadline Extended until October 31!
Due to numerous requests, the submission deadline for MSA 2026 in Buenos Aires has been extended to October 31, 2025. We are thrilled by the interest and the quality of proposals already submitted, and we hope this extension will allow even more participants to join us. We would like to inform that the MSA 2026 Conference in Buenos Aires will take place from 28 July to 1 August 2026.
The dates have been adjusted to better reflect the actual timing of the event, helping attendees plan travel, accommodations, and participation more smoothly. This is intended to make your conference experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible.
