Anti-visit. Ways of entering and leaving ESMA is an experimental guided tour of the current ESMA Museum and Memorial Site, which has the peculiarity of taking place in another physical space. It takes the form of a drift, an arbitrary journey, a detour that pays attention to the spectral dimension of forced disappearance, promoting dialogue and coexistence with ghosts within the framework of a performative experience. Through the development of strategies that allow this spectral dimension to be experienced, the possibilities of bodily action in the task of presenting and representing absence are put to the test. The work is constructed as a hybrid format capable of producing this crossover between theatrical representation and historical narrative.
ANTIVISITA has been presented regularly since its premiere in 2022 at different institutions and performance spaces, such as the Rafaela Theater Festival, the General Archive of the Nation, the Museum of Art and Memory of La Plata, the Museum of Memory of Rosario, and the Paco Urondo Cultural Center (UBA)

"Antivisita. Formas de entrar y salir de la ESMA" es una visita guiada experimental al actual Museo de la ESMA, que tiene la particularidad de desarrollarse en otro espacio físico. Toma la forma de una deriva, un desvío que aborda la dimensión espectral de la desaparición forzada, promoviendo el diálogo y la convivencia con los fantasmas en el marco de una experiencia performativa. A través del desarrollo de estrategias que permiten experimentar esta dimensión espectral, se ponen a prueba las posibilidades de la acción corporal en la tarea de presentar y representar la ausencia. La obra se construye como un formato híbrido capaz de producir este cruce entre la representación teatral y la narrativa histórica.
